What do we do?

• Telephone new or existing customers to either gain enquiries and sell direct, or arrange appointments for a personal sales visit – from us or from you or one of your team
• Telephone your newly acquired clients to identify additional or follow on business from their first order i.e. build a relationship for ongoing sales opportunities
• Telephone your existing customers to inform them of your new product/service launch
• Telephone your existing or new potential customers to inform them of a geographic expansion of your business area coverage. E.g. you want to expand from Kent and Sussex into say London or Surrey. This enables you to expand your revenue prior to investing in permanent staff or premises so that your risk exposure is substantially reduced
• Build relationships for your business with a small number of major client potentials that you have nominated as a "wish list". We do this with a combination of telephone, letters/printed publicity and, when appropriate, personal visits
• Some clients experience seasonal fluctuations in sales pressure – so SELLmates takes care of their overspill where costs can then be run parallel to demand
• A common request is for SELLmates to conduct Customer Satisfaction surveys. These are mostly short term assignments that are beyond the scope of the clients' sales personnel – especially when seeking honest feedback without embarrassment!
