The Nuts & Bolts of Telemarketing

With the business background of My Marketing amounting to approximately 100 years experience within telemarketing in the fastening sector, it was a natural progression for My Marketing to win a contract from a fastener company.

It was with great delight that we secured a contract to engage with an existing database of approximately 1000 lapsed or never transacted accounts. The brief was to uncover any immediate opportunities, whilst cleansing the data as we progressed.

Over a 9½ week period, the database was cleansed, but more importantly produced over 20% enquires and 6% appointments, resulting in 26 significant accounts opened . However, the best surprise was the value of business revealed and confirmed within these accounts, being many millions of pounds.

This was the most successful project undertaken so far by the My Marketing Team, who then went nutty with the results!
